If you still have problems connecting Your PC might need a Cleaning.

This is the Procedure to Clean a Windows XP computer.

General System Cleanup:
1. Click Start | Program | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Cleanup. (This takes awhile if it has been awhile since the last cleanup, please wait)
2. Confirm that at least the following check boxes are select: Downloaded Program Files, Temporary Internet Files, Recycle Bin, Temporary Remote Desktop files, Temporary files, Temporary Offline files, Offline Files.
3. Click OK, Click Yes to perform the actions.
When Finished continue...
4. Right Click My Computer, select Explore. Press the + to expand C:, Press + to expand Windows, Press + to expand Prefetch, (Only XP has a Prefetch Folder. It is a cache of all folder views you have opened in Explorer to assist in speeding up folder views) select one file. Press Ctrl-A to select ALL files. Press the Delete key, Click Yes to Delete all the Prefetch files. (really its OK!)
5. Select The c:\Windows\Temp Folder, Select and Delete all files and Folders that it will allow you to delete.
6. Close all Open Windows.
7. Click Start | Program | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Defragmenter.
8. Select C: Click the Defragment Button. (This can take a very long time depending on Hard Disk size and amount of fragmentation.).
9. Reboot the PC and try again.
